You didn’t forget. You just didn’t know about the coffee.

Ferruna logs every iron dose, holds the streak, and shows you where the clear window sits in the day you actually have.

Free · Streaks

A calendar you can argue with.

Every logged day, every missed one, and today. No badge, no confetti — just the month, so you can see the shape of the last four weeks instead of being congratulated about them.

Screen capture · Ferruna 1.0.1 · iPhone 17 Pro Max

The Streaks calendar for August 2026: seven consecutive logged days ending today, with the days before them marked as missed.
Premium · AI Coach

Ask it about the coffee.

The coach reads the logs you have already made and answers in plain language — what to pair, what to space away, and whether this morning was actually a good one.

General information only. Ferruna does not diagnose, treat, or predict health outcomes, and the coach is not a substitute for your GP or pharmacist. AI Coach sends your recent logs and your question to Google’s Gemini model, which may process them outside Australia — it is off until you switch it on, and you can revoke it at any time.

Screen capture · real model reply over demo data

Ferruna’s AI Coach on iPhone, answering “Best time to take iron today?”. The reply notes the dose was already logged at 8:05 am, suggests an empty stomach or vitamin C, and says to avoid calcium-rich foods, coffee or tea. A footer reads: general information only, not medical advice, talk to your GP or pharmacist.
Free · Privacy

Three switches, all off until you say so.

Apple Health sync, AI features and analytics are separate consents, granted one at a time and revocable in Settings. Personalised ads are not an in-app switch at all — that one lives in iOS. There is no Ferruna account and no Ferruna server holding your logs.

Your supplement logs, iron levels and health data are never shared with advertisers.

Screen capture · Settings → Privacy and Data, as it ships

Ferruna’s Privacy and Data screen: separate switches for HealthKit sync, AI features and analytics, with only AI features switched on, and personalised ads shown as an iOS setting rather than an in-app toggle.
Who makes this

One person, in Sydney, who kept forgetting.

I built Ferruna because I could not hold a supplement routine and none of the trackers I tried knew that the flat white twelve minutes later was the part that mattered. It is one developer’s app. There is no growth team and no investor asking for engagement.

That cuts both ways, so it is written down: fixes ship when I get to them, and the roadmap is public.

Ferruna is a logging and education tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or predict health outcomes. Iron supplementation should be discussed with your GP or pharmacist — too much iron is its own problem.
